Donald G. Norris

Mr. Norris’s practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, including litigation in the intellectual property, securities, and entertainment areas. His clients have included investment companies, brokerage firms, banks, accounting firms, film, television and music companies, entertainers, internet companies, and major medical providers.

Mr. Norris has tried over 40 cases, including over 17 jury trials to verdict. He also has regularly argued appeals in state and federal courts.

Before founding Norris & Galanter LLP with Douglas Galanter in 2004, Mr. Norris had been a partner in Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler LLP, Whitman Breed Abbott & Morgan LLP (later Holland & Knight), and Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly LLP.
