He handled litigation over ownership of millions of dollars of real estate on the Mexican Riviera. More recently, he argued successfully before the California Court of Appeal on behalf of plaintiffs against the State of California, reinstating a multi-million dollar judgment, and, representing the plaintiff, defeated defendant’s cross-appeal seeking summary judgment in the appeal of a $6.7 million verdict against the County of Los Angeles.
Mr. Galanter's international experience includes the representation of Asian and domestic companies involved in cross-border transactions and business disputes throughout the Pacific Rim.
